when I come to fairport to visit my husband I always order there the shrimp fried rice and general tsos chicken is the bomb everytime- so consistent I love it

great food a local favorite of ours. Fast delivery if you are not feeling like picking it up. Nice prices and even nicer food portions. Try the $5 lunch specials. Healthier for fried food since they use 100% vegetable oil and of course, no Monosodium Glutamate in the food either.

Best Chinese food in the area. And if you're vegetarian, even better than options I've found in Cleveland Chinatown. They have good tofu, and flavorful sauces, and a wide variety of fresh vegetables. Their menu is pretty typical, but they include many vegan options and a good variety of flavors. I'm happy to be a regular.

Love this place. I order here for work and when im home. They are rather quick and fair priced.

Called these guys to order any $40 worth of food, called back to change a couple things to large size. I reminded them that I needed extra sauce please and the person on the phone said "yea you already told me that" in a very rude tone. I will not be ordering from here again. I am very polite and respectful, there is no reason to be that rude.

I've never gotten a bad meal from these folks. The prices are fair, the food is tasty, and I love the delivery option!

We LOVE Green Lake! This is the only Chinese restaurant that we have ever found that actually delivers (without the help of doordash). There is nothing better than having hot, delicious, CHEAP Chinese delivered to your door. I see a lot of places saying the food is poor quality, but it's a take-out Chinese food joint. If you want something fancy, go to a restaurant! Five Stars!

When I first moved to Painesville city I was pretty much living off this place while I got settled in. Shortly after I got hit by a drunk driver I was out of work and the owner stopped by to see why I stopped ordering. After he found out of my injury they brought food by every day no charge. I have been ordering ever since because of what a nice thing they did for me. Food is always hot. They have the best Crab Rangoon and Egg rolls.

Usually good service depending on who answers the phone. Food is almost always ready to pick up within 10-15 minutes of placing order over the phone.

Customer service is horrible! I am a regular customer and I’m tired of being so disrespected. Every time I call and it’s a guy it’s just constant attitude and disrespect. Done ordering from here. Their loss because I ordered a lot from here. They’ll be out of business in no time with the way they treat their customers. Smh.

It's ok generic Chinese food. Nothing special, but consistently ok. Staff is not overly friendly, but efficient.

I kindly asked if they could add more cream cheese in the crab rangoon (I was willing to pay for it) because the last two times I’ve gotten it, there was barely any cream cheese inside and it was disappointing. The guy on the phone said “We don’t do that here” with a snooty attitude. I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt because maybe he was just having a bad day and perhaps the chefs weren’t on their game previously.... but nope-it was still terrible with hardly any cream cheese and the sweet n sour sauce for dipping isn’t good either. Won’t be back.

We eat here quite often, usually pick it up ourselves. Today we were lazy, we placed an order for delivery today. It was here in 20 minutes and the food as good as it always is.

Quit getting food from here a long time ago when I moved out of the area. We moved somewhat closer and they still delivered to us! Even though we are farther away, the food was still very hot and it came quicker than a pizza. Keeping the menu. Love this place!

Call in an order for work, the gentleman answered the phone and said" what. "... Worked in customer service my whole life I've never heard of more person in my life... Horrible horrible customer service asked him for the owner he identified himself as the owner. Food not good nor is the customer service

Neighborhood Chinese dive. Not bad for what it is. Cleaner setup than some others. Hate the location though. Hasn't stopped me from getting take out once a week. Chow Mei Fun is good.

A woman named Mindy used to work there. She was great and all about customer service. She is a phenomenal cook too. She moved out of state and left her nephews in charge. These guys have no customer service skills and are often rude and very short with people. I've experienced it myself and have seen it with other customers. The food is no longer good either. The main nephew refuses to fix mistakes to orders. There's now a woman who answers the phone because he's driven away so many customers. What a bummer. Karma has everyone's address and it doesn't miss a payment.

I used to order delivery from them Since 2011 but the Chinese guy that answered the phone is very cranky and not nice, If he’s not happy about customers ordering food then don’t have the business open. also my friend had food poisoning and one time I saw a bug in the food I highly recommend to not eat here all the meat taste strange and they raise prices and rip you off

The food was amazing. But we were going to dine in until we got there and found it was so cold inside you could see your breath. Instead we went to oir hotel and ordered. Again though the food was great and well priced

Food is DELICIOUS. However. The employees are rude and yelling at each other in Chinese and the kitchen is filthy. Won't even consider dining in. I'll be eating in my car.

Called to place an order for delivery, my very first time ordering from Green Lake, I am new to the area. The guy that answered the phone was incredibly rude. I ordered wontons and he asked me, small or large. I said, what is the quantity for each? He said "small or large" I just said that! I thought, hmmm okay. Then he told me he didn't like how I was talking, I wasn't talking loud enough for him and that's how he asked me to speak up. So, after we got through all of that and I finished my order, he said rudely, that's only $10, we won't deliver for that...it has to be at least a $20 order. I politely said, okay...Thank you. I hung up and gave Boston Market my $15 order. I will never order or attempt to order from this place again. Customer Service is huge for business and y'all failed big time...I don't care if the food is good or not. NEVER AGAIN!

I have been a regular customer for years, I ordered the chicken lo mein and noticed it had a funny tatse. When I brought it up to their attention they told me no refunds so I left that nasty dish their. I will never go back here again.

Ordered Moo Goo Gai Pan and Black Peppered Chicken. The Moo Goo Gai Pan had a very bad rancid taste. The black pepper chicken had a bone in it and was the worst chicken I have ever tasted. Something was not right about the food tonight.

We have been ordering from Green Lake for a long time and the past months the food quality has diminished dramatically. The chicken is always overcooked and beef jerkey like. The teriyaki beef sticks have gone from soft and perfect to tough and tasteless. time for us to go back to Hop Hing, its worth the drive.

Love the large portions also have some tasty homemade Tea... Cheap...

Delivery was lightning fast (seemed like the doorbell rang as soon as I hung up the phone). Food was okay. Not the greatest I've ever had but not bad either. Good if you want something and cheap.EDIT:Since I wrote this I've ordered a few more times. They are definitely decent, better than just Okay (maybe we just ordered the first time on an off day?) and their delivery times continue to be great. This is our go-to for Chinese delivery.

Not only is this pace affordable, it's amazing, and they're so friendly. I've been to a lot of places as I go to college here, but this place is definitely the best. I would even rate this better than the few Chinese establishments in Mentor.
